Unveiling Your True Self: A Symphony of Identity

In the orchestra of life, your True Self is the conductor that harmonizes the diverse sounds of your being into a magnificent symphony. Under the leadership of Jesus, your True Self orchestrates the unique contributions of each aspect of your personality, much like a conductor guiding a symphony.

A colleague and certified HeartSync© facilitator once shared this profound insight. Each element plays its unique part, producing different sounds that, when working together, create a harmonious masterpiece. While each part may have solos, they are ultimately led by the conductor – your True Self.

True Self is the part of you that shines when your heart is synchronized with your God-ordained purpose. Identifying with your True Self holds the key to deepening your relationship with God and nurturing secure attachments with others. It has the highest capacity to foster mature relationships and embrace connection with the divine.

Your True Self is the person God uniquely created you to be. It encompasses the quirks and mannerisms that make you distinct. Unique qualities, like a signature dance of joy, a particular way of expressing happiness, or childlike curiosity often reveal who you truly are.

Discovering your True Self often involves a spiritual journey. Before embarking on my HeartSync© experience, I sought guidance from God, asking him who I truly was. In a surprising revelation, I was shown a picture of Phil, the half-goat, half-man character from Disney's Hercules. Initially taken aback, I questioned why God would associate me with Phil, a character not known for his good looks.

However, God clarified that the resemblance was not physical but rather rooted in a shared True Self. Like Phil, I am one who cheers on others, sees divine qualities in humanity, and encourages them to pursue what God has prepared for them.

Taking HeartSync© facilitator courses further affirmed what God had already revealed to me. I recognized that my True Self embodies childlike wonder, a passion for seeking the gold in people, and a commitment to building both individuals and systems.

I challenge you to spend time in reflection with the Lord, asking Him, "Who am I?" Allow Him to unveil your unique identity. No one else can define you; only God can reveal the intricacies of your True Self. This revelation brings a profound confidence, enabling you to walk confidently in the calling God has placed on your life.
